To help make the transition to our new location at Advanced Motion Chiropractic as smooth and convenient as possible, all RETURNING patients who have previously been treated by Dr. Cheyne or Dr. Jackie will receive a new patient examination for just $1.00 rather than our standard $65 new patient exam fee.
As we establish new patient records at our new practice, we want to ensure we have up-to-date health histories, understand any changes in your condition, and have the information necessary to provide appropriate care.
